Our Story

“I love building, but I hate math.” — Anna, 7 years old
How many kids do you know who love designing structures and assembling toys, but when it comes to activities like folding geometric nets or finding surface area, they tend to lose that spark?
It’s no wonder that math and creativity seem so separate. Traditionally characterized by worksheets and equations, math / geometry are often seen as uncreative. They aren't thought of as hands-on or play-oriented, yet geometry is an integral part of math education starting in as early as first grade (Common Core). So why don’t we see more construction kits or maker sets for geometry like we see for science or engineering?
